Have used this for years but sadly they recently switched staff from friendly, empathetic and respectful people to a young jumped up manipulative lazy individual who has no interest in the customer other than serving (badly) on their own …
Coffee was great. Scrambled eggs however were like nothing I’ve seen before. Microwaved to death and inedible. Sent them back. Had to go elsewhere for brunch.
We came all the way from Caledonian Road to have breakfast here and have a walk in the forest. It was an amazing weekend outing. I would say breakfast was better than expected. Turkish eggs is a must try.
Really welcoming cafe offering a selection of delicious homemade cakes and lunch menu. The presentation is always of great quality. The staff are absolutely lovely.
The coffee is good, and the food quality is good, however the portion sizes are too small. Extremely thin sourdough (one of) with two eggs and avocado, another slice would have been alot better. Also not a huge range of veggie options
