Dunkin'

I came into dunkin because there was a long drive through line the ladies were working and only focusing on drive through. Stood in lobby for like 10 minutes ! Will never return to this location. Very inconsiderate with other people’s times! They don’t care if you have to make it anywhere they don’t care about nothing but the drive through since they are timed ! Will be calling corporate with my complaint :)

This particular Dunkin was extremely slow with poor service. The manager was standing out front the whole time while a new hire was on the drive thru headset and they messed up the order for the car in front of us as well as our order. I don't blame the new kid but I do blame the manager for playing favorites by putting all the people they like on the easy jobs and having the new kid do all the work with no help.

Me and my fiancé will never go to this dunkin again. This woman who works the drive thru who looks like hell for one , sneezed as soon as we handed her our card . Did not wash her hands , had her mask off of her face . The worst of it was she handed us are card back with the same hand she sneezed in with not washing her hands. Then to top it off when she handed us our coffee she had 2 dollars bills in the same hand with the coffee. There is a worldwide pandemic going on, Dunkin’ is a huge business that supplies peoples coffees daily and they hire some of the scumiest people there are! I hope to god people be careful with who they serve , their are people dieing left and right and we have careless people in the food industry that don’t give and thought to their actions.
