Insanely good. I have traveled to Japan for ramen and have tried most places in San Diego for ramen and this was the best. It's light, organic, and all the flavors are there. It's also super cool that they include duck on their menu which is super different, but worked super well. You better try this place!

Chill night and hot Ramen, perfect night. About Food: I ordered Shoyu Ramen against the popular Tonkotsu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen was on the little salty side, that is the only problem, rest is all awesome. Shoyu is cooked in Beef broth, and had soft boiled eggs, red ginger, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, nori, scallions, bamboo shoots, and ribeye. The size is pretty big and very filling with lot of toppings. Ribeye was amazing, perfectly cooked, tasty and Juciy. I also tried Tempura Shrimp as appetizer, it was deliciously perfectly cooked. What will make me go there again is the Bun Tacos. I ordered the salmon bun which was crispy salmon inside the bun. It was hot and fresh. I will go again and order Prok Belly, want to try that badly. The staffs were great, they managed very well such a big hungry crowd with great energy and smile. Parking is tight, This place is very trendy and cozy. Parking is Tight, I guess I parked it on railway tracks, since it was too dark not sure where I parked . It is same place as Bull Taco, so don't get confused.
