Not a bad beer joint in the middle of the National Fire Academy. Good prices on pitchers. $6 for a draught beer pitcher. Great deals. Every night has some event in the pub. Do yourself a favor and don't get rowdy or obnoxious because security and the pub staff will see to it you get escorted off campus for good. They run a good operation.

Fun place to visit while on campus.....once. But for the 2019 National Firefighters Memorial Weekend the staff seemed to be on edge due to new rules in place and were quick to start clearing people out shortly after last call which was sooner than in years past. I heard from a source close to security staff that it was due partly to students still being on campus that weekend. I get that but it didn't seem fair to those that were there for the Memorial Weekend. Given we all had specific ID tags I would think there could have been something different they could have done. Bottom line I'd recommend going to downtown Emmitsburg instead. The atmosphere is better, selection better, and the staff is far more friendly!!

It sits at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mtns. The staff are friendly, and karaoke is fun.

So, this review is from a nondrinker...i know shocking. At first I didn't go with my class mates, but I finally caved. I'm glad I did. You can control the music with your phone. There are plenty off games. Trivia and karaoke are also a blast. If it's a nice night out you're free to have a drink out on the patio. The annual membership is well worth the cost!
