I ordered through the subway app... My account was charged. I went there to pick it up, the employees said "they had no record of the order." The cashier tried to tell me that "it takes a few days for a transaction to go through. That was probably from a few days ago." Ummm ... Nooo! I just ordered it 20 minutes ago. It says today's date. After arguing for 15 minutes they finally made me my food. I will never, ever use the Subway app again. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with this chick. Seriously paid for an order Subway didn't want to make me. I never had to fight for food I paid for before.

I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!

The manager lady with the glasses, was very rude in my opinion, commenting rude things about my food that i was ordering, while the other girl laughed. Very unprofessional

This used to be my local subway, however I ended up moving out of town. I came back recently and was amazed by the customer service I received from Jack! He is very polite, welcoming, and very engaging. He is very professional and I love seeing him each time I come in!

The thing about Subway is you always know what you're getting. I have found though, that visiting other Subway franchises has made me realize that the employees here do an excellent job! They are good at what they do, they always remember a face and are extremely pleasant.

Kylie, Jackie and Megan move the line very fast around noon. They always have good suggestions on trying new food!
