Good Blends

From Reno and stopping to see family. Nice little shop, friendly staff and great variety of blends, boosters, add in, etc. Fantastic if you are health conscious or workout a lot. Even some more simple stuff if you aren't into healthy stuff. Got smoothies, coffee and burritos. Burritos were good, coffee good and bathrooms very clean too. Will go back next time we visit family here!

I got the Strawberry Banana smoothie and bacon breakfast burrito. The only thing I thought their menu was missing is chocolate or cocoa smoothie. Maybe something with chocolate and peanut butter or banana and chocolate, etc. Overall delicious healthy not super sweet (in fact, I don’t think they added any sugar, which is a big bonus for me). Next time I’m in town, I’ll come back. They also offer a Drive-Thru.

They have a nice variety of different drinks. It was nice to see they offered a few other items that you don't always see at coffee shops, like the green smoothies. We bought a green smoothie, a fruit smoothie, and two fizzy drinks for the kids. Everyone was happy with their choices. I look forward to going back and seeing how their other drinks are.

I’ve been coming to Good Blends for three months now, I’ve noticed the smoothies aren’t consistent. Sometimes there’s ice chunks, sometimes it’s too watery & sometimes they are PERFECT! The main reason I’m writing this review is because of dishonesty happening at the drive thru window. When I gave my credit card for payment of $7.27, she took the card and swiped it and then acted strange not allowing me to sign it, they usually give it to me to sign? She said everything‘s fine you can go, so I left, this morning I noticed a two dollar tip was added. The employee gave herself a tip of two dollars, I know this is not much money but this should not be happening!! I have contacted my credit card company and reported fraud. This is beyond unacceptable and the manager will be notified. I tried calling today and they told me the manager was not in today. BE AWARE OF TIPS BEING ADDED TO YOUR DEBIT OR CC!

Went here and ordered a berry peachy with kale, honey, flax seed and an energy boost added. They brought me out the most disgusting smoothie ever with chunks of kale floating in it, AND HAIR!!!!! A piece of blonde hair was in my drink!!!! I went back to ask for a better drink WITHOUT HAIR!, and they made me wait 20 minutes! After 20 minutes of waiting in the customer parking slot, I decided to go inside and check if everything was ok! They hadn’t even started my new drink, and then gave me attitude about the situation! I will never go here every again! I’d rather make my own smoothie and save my $8 bucks! And I wasn’t a fan of a piece of BLONDE HAIR being in my drink either! Such bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
