I recommend . Fast and relatively efficient. Nice service. The toilets could have been cleaner. I recommend

Lovely meal was freshly made and nice and hot only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because we had a drive through but the girl that served was very polite

Was the first customer on the day I was there. Got a take away brunch. The person who served me was really friendly, think her name is Jenni.
Will make a turn when in the area again.

Only take away. And just for the kids. They seem to have enjoyed their meal. I can't say what the food is like as I can't eat any of it. But the kids seem happy

As someone who has frequently ate here in the past but hasn't been in for food for over a year I thought I would go find out what changes have been made since my last visit. The 2 servers on the tills were great, attended to my dietary requirements and was extremely nice. Now to the chicken I have had some great chicken and some awful chicken in this place but yesterday whoever was in kitchen amazingly cooked. I had the mighty bucket for one and chicken was lush and fries piping hot could not ask for a better meal. Best I have seen the establishment run since last visit. Full credit to whoever was running the shift from front to back they clearly had a team who respect their manager. Read some of the comments beforehand and I don't know who they was talking about in some of them but it certainly wasn't any of the staff working yesterday.

Used the Drive Thru and was quite busy but moved fast enough for us. Food was quick and piping hot. KFC is one of our favourite and always delivers on taste. Order was correct and at a good price for very tasty food

Drive through only when we went. Rice had to be heated up so they brought the food out to the car. Standard very good quality.

Visited especially for the bucket of hot wings! Love the crunchy coating and the fries are definitely improved now.
This KFC is very easy to get to in Elgin and with plenty of parking.
Who doesn't enjoy a bucket of dinner :)
