Tim Hortons

Nice and space. Got a quencher was very good. Tim Hortons needs to do a hiring blitz. That location needed at least 3 to 4 more people working behind the counter. There were 3. You need 3 at cashier taking orders cam do donughts and 3 behind doing coffee ,food and drinks. Then the cashier is not running around doing everything.

I hurried in to get a sandwich this morning because of the rain and someone jammed their bike into my lower back. I told him to back off (I was angry because it was a pretty forceful jab). He responded that it wasn’t him (yes it was as it was a bike handlebar that went into my back). He then proceeded to call me several highly inappropriate words that I would rather not repeat on social media. I told him to go away (I’m angry at the words he’s using). He then decided to say that he would beat me up outside. I told him to stop or I was calling the cops. None of the staff intervened. I will not be returning.

Slowest Tim Hortons in Edmonton! 3 tills open and it still takes 20 minutes to serve 4 people and they have no drive thru as an excuse!! Horrible zero stars if I could! It must be managers or other staff being paid to leave good reviews cause honestly this is the worst one in the city I have been to so far!
