This place is giving can sodas for weeks now. I don’t know why and they say it’s because the soda machine is broke. Broke for weeks? You still can’t fix it? Like come on. Not only they charge you the same price for a combo no matter what size you choose, they give you a 12 oz can soda. Mind you the small cup oz is 20, medium 30 oz and large 40 oz. So I suggest you go to a different Burger King if you don’t want a can soda.

Is a man, the lady is very polite.
Please training more the employee if him don't like his job leave, very sample.

I had three bags of french fries with my order. Two of the french fries bags were completely cold 😳 tasted like they were left overs! I only enjoyed one bag of the French fries! I go to Burger King because of their delicious french fries but I got disappointed on this day! I made sure that I gave the employees who served me my feedback but they didn't seem to be bothered with it!

Was just here for $0.37 Whopper promo and the restaurant closes and locks the doors in my face. Told them I submitted a mobile 10 minutes before and they deferred me submitting a customer service request online for a refund. No apology or anything from employees or management.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also either corporate or this restaurant does not disable mobile ordering when the store is closed. Good luck expecting your food when you make a trip there. TERRIBLE EITHER WAY!

Especially The black guys in the front is ridiculous and rude,order on mobile for 0.37 burger but they have closed for some reason,so I just call them,the stuffs said:you can cancel order or come pick it up tomorrow.So I just came tomorrow,but the black guy is So impatient and yelling at me and let me cancel the order!
Never come this store guys!

This is my second favorite Burger King, great customer service

Apart from the food and taste, the drive through experience was horrible. First, they were not ready take an additional order at windows. Second, the service person at the window was a bit mean in answering our questions. We are definitely skipping this location for our future visits.
