Absolutely outstanding, we went in casual and although this is a very classy restaurant we were made to feel at home, champagne recommended was on the money from our waiter, and the service overall was informative and swift.
My only gripe would be to point out that cutlery is very important when dining. I want to use nice quality cutlery when I’m eating fine dining food, I know how I might sound however I feel it makes the whole experience better. Your cutlery seemed old and well used, when my husband asked for a better knife he was handed a Robert Welch one that was far better. Anyway yes I think it would be a great idea to provide better cutlery.
We would absolutely recommend this restaurant and we would absolutely come back.

This is probably the cleanest and most elegant of places in the kingdom. Food was good but not so much as described by reviewers on other sites

Dinner for two. Lovely surroundings and very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Food was delicious. The only issue I had was allowing dogs. Not necessary. Left at 7.10pm whilst a party came in with a dog. I would not have been happy sitting next to their table. Unlikely to go back in the likelihood dogs will be in the restaurant. How many dogs will be allowed at any one time?

I had a very bad experience at the London Piccadilly branch. I wanted to give the Edinburgh branch a chance. And I'm glad I did. I ordered ribeye steak Medim well. The steak was really good and tasty. The draft beer wasn't tasty as they didn't clean the beer chutes. So Noam I ordered a bottle. The service is better than their other branches… Overall it was a good experience, no regrets. Thanks.
