Couldn’t be more disappointed. We were in a group of 6, every single one of our orders were wrong. When we went up to tell them we have never been so badly treated. The girl doing all The ordered has the worst attitude and I wouldn’t be going back at all. Store is also so filthy with rubbish stacked everywhere! Never returning.

If I could give a minus score I would. The thought of using the drive thru to get a meal quickly before heading home. So tonight I ordered 2 boxes tonight thru the drive thru. 1 was correct. The other was minus the chips, and the dipping sauce. I ring to find out what they are going to do about it. A couple of attempts and the call is answered. Options I was given have a voucher sent to me or come back to the store but it also makes it difficult when you place your original order and get no receipt makes it challenging to get a refund. This is not the only time something was missing. Tonight's effort was pathetic. I did end up getting a replacement meal but I shouldnt have to go back to the store. Customer service, and accuracy of orders is one thing the staff need to improve on. Dont think I would bother going back.
