Chick-fil-a

This is the best place to go if you want raw chicken that’s gonna make you so sick. This isn’t the first nor the second time I’ve received undercooked or raw chicken at this location. I got so sick I was throwing up on and off all day. They offered me a lousy free meal that I never received, the manager completely blew me off. I will never come back to this nasty establishment.

Great staff but they have a history of missing ingredients on orders. Ordered three chicken biscuits with egg and cheese, was told to wait a few more minutes and after checking the bag when I got home I saw none of them had egg or cheese. Remember to check at the window immediately or buyer beware that what you pay for will not be what you get around 30% of the time.

Worst location ever! They messed up one time and I said it’s fine. Now for the second time, they completely forgot fries, nuggets and all the fruit cups. It’s like half the order missing. I even asked if everything is in the bag as the bag feels light and they said yes. I drive off and realized 50% of the order is missing. What’s even more crazy is, they posted a sticker on the outside of the bag that shows every item, so how can you mess up? Well I guess I’m not the only one, many people say this location specifically messed up multiple times. I’m done with this Eagan location. Even when I called and asked for a solution, they said manager isn’t here. Well No worries about refunds, just contact your bank and they will cancel the charge. What a inconvenience, just do it right or don’t do it all. It’s better to do someone right once than to have to do it again. Good luck to others. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I did drive thru order. We are missing 2 chicken sandwich. I called them they said they will give me point s back. But never got it. Called the next week, they said they will give money back to points. Never got it. I went back get to get my sandwich, they gave me regular (bun and chicken only) even if i told them I ordered the deluxe one. Never apologized, even though it was even hard for me to ask my sandwich. Like it was my fault??

I tried to order well done waffle fries. But the manager said he couldn't do that. They only will cook them for the time the company decided that they would cook them since covid. Which means they are barely getting them cooked. My wife's chicken nuggets were cold. The food is terrible at the Eagan store and so is the management!!! All the Chick - filth Ish is terrible and especially this EAGAN store!!! DON'T Eat at these slop shops. For the record Sabbath is on Saturday so these clowns are staying closed on the wrong day.

Recently visited the drive thru of this Chick Fil A, ordered a large Kale Crunch salad. I was basically ignored as I was waiting on my food with the window open while the a manager quizzed the drive thru team member about the components of a salad (not my particular salad) while two others team members gathered at the window engaged in that conversation. As I waited for my salad. Once I finally got my salad one of the girls just handed me the bag... no napkins, no fork, no thank you, no my pleasure. Then I thought back to a few weeks before when I ordered chicken strips and had to place them in the air fryer when I got home because they weren't completely cooked. So this isn't my first negative experience, I relocated from Duluth Georgia a few months ago where the Chick Fil A experience is very different. Now I understand why there is never a line when I come to the one in Eagan. Please understand, service sets an establishment apart, not food. I could've went anywhere and purchased a salad; and in the future I will.

One of my all time favorite places for Chicken Sandwiches! The best thing about Chick-fil-A is that they always meet your expectations no matter which location you are going or at what time of the day it is! They have really good services and they serve very fresh food! The chicken is best quality, fresh and well cooked. I am now not going to Mcdonald’s or any other place for my chicken sandwiches! Chick-fil-A is my favorite now.
