Dunkin'

We come here at least once a week for donuts, and we're never disappointed with what they have in stock, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. If we've had an issue, we email the store and the manager is very quick to make reparations (not receiving the correct number of munchkins for example). We came today for some ice cream, and the portion for the waffle cone far exceeded my expectations, I couldn't finish it. It was delicious though. The staff is always friendly and offers quick service without making you feel like they're rushing you out the door.

It is twice now in one week, including today, that I ordered my coffee with caramel swirl and they did not give me caramel swirl. How hard it is to get a coffee right? Apparently for the girls at this Dunkin Donuts, it is pretty difficult. Last week I told the girl decaf twice and she still gave me regular coffee. Thankfully I double checked and she remade it (but it had no caramel swirl. She couldn't get it right no matter what). I have a heart condition and cannot handle very well the amount of caffiene in a regular but can handle the amount in a decaf. Sometimes getting an order right really matters. They should try harder.

4/14/22 — there is a lady working here with out a mask and she is coughing all over the food—- that is just unsanitary and discussing. I suggested she wore a mask and she just smiles and continued to do the food while still coughing. I feel bad for who ever orders from here or comes here to buy food. Manager didn’t even do anything either 🙄😑😒

I can always count on this location for fast service and exceptional coffee. I also wanted to bring attention to the awesome service I received today! I visited this location on March 23 at around 10:20 am and the sweet woman working the drive thru was genuinely so kind and made my morning. Something about her uplifting attitude compelled me to write this review. I hope that she receives recognition for her excellent customer service and that this location hires more employees like her because I’ve gone to this store before and have had negative experiences.
