Huddle House

The place has made some changes including new staff. Marla the manager is a great women to work for and will always do her best to please both her staff and her customers. She has hired much better Cooks making the food quality and efficiency much better. We have improved a great deal and hope you will let us prove so! Please come see us!

This huddle house is the worst location I have ever been to in any kind of restaurant I've ever been to. The service is horrible. It's so dirty and at the bar there is places where your feet will go through holes in the flooring. It's a disaster waiting happen. Also I have a 5 month old baby and going to bathroom to change him forget that. There is no changing tables. I had to ask to be waited on. I had to ask for more drink. We were completely ignored by the manager when I asked for more coffee. Last they got my order completely wrong. Avoid eating there at all cost if you can. #horrible

Server was absolutely amazing and very nice. Our group of wrestlers and the owner went to this huddle house, and we were served by a nice woman named Genevieve. Over 14 people, and she sped through us and asked if we needed anything, consrant drink refills, just absolutely amazing. However, the food has gone down in quality in the past few months. Hash browns were tough, biscuits took literally 2 minutes to cut with a knife, and overall portions were way smaller than before. Not sure why. Even the grits were off, there were places that the grits were clumped in quarter sized balls. Bland food. But amazing customer service. Hence the 4 stars. Genevieve really made our night.

Horrible service, the food wasn't that great. They weren't busy at all. After we ordered it was literally 10 minutes before they even began preparing the food. All the while 2 of them employees were bad mouthing another employee, that wasn't there. Anyone in there could have heard. After we finally got our food after having been in there for over 45 minutes. The orders were incorrect, my son's waffle was well over done, she didn't bring syrup with her and never brought it. Until I got done cutting his waffle up and realized my food had been sitting up there for about 5 minutes done. But she wasn't paying any attention she was too busy talking with the cook. So I walked up there asked if that was my food and reminded her I needed syrup. And refills on all of our drinks. Will never go back in there. Horrible service, food wasn't that good at all, very unprofessional, everyone in there acted like they were high, and not laid back high either.

I worked at the Dunlap huddle house an I love it, I love all my customers that come in. We are doing better got the place cleaned up thanks to my wonderful boss Alicia for doing so. We have better food y'all should come back an try it u won't be disappointed. We have a really good staff very friendly come an try it. It's gotting way better

Excellent and friendly service. I have been consistently waited on with exceptional service. The employees always try to help me with the best deal on the menu as I tend to piece together different items I like. I’m not sure what kind of experience others have had, but this Huddle House consistently meets my expectations with good quality food, clean facilities, and smiling professionals.

They couldn't seem to get our order right, my food was over cooked couldn't even cut it, waitress acted like it was an inconvenience. Never came back to our table, husband had to go up and find someone to get more drinks for us. Seems there was an issue between staff. Time to check out they had to break our order down the said into 5 transactions, it was us and our 3 kids and kept running our debit card. We had come here to my fathers funeral from Ga. They shut our debit card down thinking it was fraud, so we had to get that taken care of, to be able to get back home to Ga. Have to say this was the worst HH we have ever been to, thankfull we wont ever have to come back.
