I have had numerous bad experiences here. I keep trying it out and it seems to just get worse and worse. Today, the first three items I ordered were not available, as well as the fifth and sixth. There was no explanation as to why the items were out of stock, no suggestion for a similar option, no sorry, no nothing. The three people working were standing around seemingly doing nothing. They could not print me a receipt because the receipt paper was in there wrong. When it was fixed (simple fix) it starting printing out receipts for the last three hours, so those people didn’t get receipts either. I could go on and on about the details that bothered me, but I’ll spare you all. I’ll never go back to this place. If I owned it I would be infuriated by the performance of my staff. Not a good way to do business. Not to mention the chicken was not that good at all.

I’m a DoorDasher and when I went to pick up the persons food at around 9- 9:30pm they told me they never received the order on their end. The guy with dreads at the window was being rude and just wanted nothing to do with me. I think they just didn’t want to prepare the order in the first place. Will not accept another order from here again. I had to tell the customer she had to cancel her order and that she would be refunded within a few days :( If you’re a fellow dasher or other delivery service driver, steer clear of this location.
