Adam was so accommodating and professional. The door wouldn’t shut properly and we were getting draughts. He very kindly shut it on a number of occasions and said he’d report to management. Great to see a professional and proactive and very customer focused person like Adam.
Came in for a coffee after work was feeling quite low I got a tiramisu cookie and latte was quite nice.
Some of the kindest people I've met working here, they make you feel so comfortable and make brilliant coffees!
I pop in here regularly for take-out coffee on my morning walk. The girls that serve me are always very friendly and helpful, and I am now using the Costa app on their suggestion. I have never had to wait, and Costa do a lovely latte, so I keep coming back for more!
