I have been to taco bell a few times, and I am truly disappointed. Not only am I driving from out of Duluth when I come, but I am spending my time and money with the expectation of getting a product that satisfies. This clearly is satisfying. there is less than one egg and less than a teaspoon worth of sausage. This "breakfast" burrito is mostly frozen potatoes and shell. Horrible customer satisfaction here.

Seemed very disorganized. We first used the restroom and found it in need of cleaning, especially around the toilet, and no soap, then we went to counter to order and waited several minutes. Then a lady came from the outside who didn't even look like a Taco Bell employee and proceeded to take our order with literally recesses and other groceries in her hand, frumpy looking sweatshirt I told her we'd wait. I did finally get to order and the sauce area was empty and again dirty. I did say something to staff lady who said she worked at a different store but did take the comments and said it'd be fixed. Well there is a lot to fix. I hope this Taco Bell can regain it's professionalism once again. My 2 crunchy supreme Tacos were good, a line guy smiled and handed me my order.

Without fail, every time I visit here the order is spot on and they are SO nice and courteous! I have never had a bad experience here. One of the best fast food restaurants I have been to.

Seems every time I come here, my order gets royally messed up. I don't receive like half my order and this time I got someone else's food mixed with my food and still didn't get half my order. I live an hour away so I don't come often but it's very upsetting when I wanna go to one of my favorite fast food restaurants and they ruin my day by getting 40+ dollars worth of food wrong. I shouldn't have to waste my time and money and gas to drive all the way back to get my order right. Very disgusted with the way this business is ran. Get a new franchise owner if need be. Don't be trash to your customers.

This used to be my favorite Tbell in Duluth, but sadly they have started to go downhill. My orders have frequently been incorrect lately, and they are doing this weird thing now where a person with a tablet physically takes your order rather than ordering at the drive thru like you traditionally would. The guy told me it was "to add a more personal touch", which on paper sounds nice but in reality I'm not looking for a personal touch at a fast food joint, I just want my food as fast as possible.
Very nice employees so that is a huge positive, but the motivation, competency, and professionalism is slipping. Maybe everyone is burned out from COVID, totally understandable but still a bummer for now.

Normally the service is great but whoever was managing this morning needs to check themselves. Got breakfast at 10 online waited 10 minutes for food, got the wrong order, was told they didn't have any eggs and the manager was very rude and seemed annoyed I was asking for eggs during breakfast time. At least I got a refund.

Drive-thru line was SO long, so I parked & went inside. Placed my order on the touchscreen & paid at the front counter.
I waited 3 minutes, then it was 5; 7 minutes, and 10 minutes. Fast drive-through service. Four college guys ordered via the App on their smartphones. Their orders were done ahead on mine.
Myself & 2 other people were still standing in the Lobby, waiting for our "Fast Food" to get made.
I finally asked for a REFUND, & drove away without any food. I drove down Central Entrance & got a few different items QUICKLY at Taco John's. Fast & Efficient.

Used to be a good place to stop. Last visit was awful! Employees standing around while the restaurant was a shambles. Sticky floor, food everywhere and a smell I couldn't identify. Until it's cleaned up, maybe find somewhere else to grab a bite.
