Dunkin' Donuts

My friends and I were standing at the front for more than five minutes before a server took our order. After we ordered, we found out from the server that they did not know how to clean the iced coffee machine. Unfortunately, we ordered two large iced coffees and got sick. In addition, one of my friends order a bacon egg sandwich on a plain bagel. When her order came out, they gave her an everything bagel. Sadly, my friend has a medical condition where she cannot eat pepper or anything spicy, so she could not enjoy her sandwich. The staff did the same thing to another person after us who had a to-go order, he complained, but they did not fix his order.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I have ever been to. I would say that they have screwed up my order at LEAST 8 times. I have called up there and complained a number of times and just about each time that I have called I have been told that I can't speak to the manager. I am not sure who owns this particular DD but they are doing an awful job of training their employees. This morning I specifically ordered an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I had to repeat it 3 times and I did it once more for good measure once I got to the window. Wouldn't you know that they didn't get it right AGAIN. I spent $4.00 on a bagel that had no cream cheese and wasn't toasted. I just called to speak with a manager and yep! You guessed it.. There is no manager there. Needless to say I will be going up to that DD and getting either a voucher for something free or I will be getting my money back. I have never wasted so much money on fast food before. Even the idiots at McDonalds get it right more times than these people do! If you can avoid this particular DD, do it. Unless you just don't care if you order something and they give you something totally different. Extremely annoying.
