Weirdest experience ever. I ordered some nuggets and when I went home and opened them, this is what I got. 3 squirts of sauce. Wild.
It was weird from the beginning, actually. I went to the drive thru and no one took my order (actually I had already ordered thru the app so I had paid before I got there) for about 5 minutes even though cars started piling up. So I went up to the window and finally got my order.
Weird behavior. I don’t expect any great customer from a mcdonalds, but this was just wild. I still don’t get why this happened.

Food good but it’s freezing here. Me and my daughter went inside to eat so I can keep my car clean on the go. Turn the heat on!!

Never would have thought I'd give McDonald's a five-star review, but WOW! What a great experience today! Super friendly drive-through lady, quick service, and the food turned out to be delicious. Thanks, guys!

While the staff are always sweet, I've never been to a restaurant that messed up my orders so bad before. Wrong items forgotten items, and even items with the wrong condiments are common here. I'm always hoping they'll improve, but they haven't.

Mcdonald’s was so sweet to me! Got the 20 piece chicken nuggets & medium fries with a medium size coke + bts sauce + sweet n sour sauce!! they didn’t forget anything in my order hehe the employee complimented me on my smile which was very sweet and boosted my confidence. I was happy to pick up my order and see that nothing was missing. Will be coming here again. Keep it up!! 💕👏🏻

We just left Mcdonald's and my friend had to use the bathroom and buy coffee after a 10-hour drive. The lobby of the restaurant was closed, but the night manager allowed her to come in, use the bathroom, and sold her a cup of coffee. It's so nice to find people like this who show kindness to total strangers. Thank you.

I actually feel sorry for these workers as the leadership or owners must be asleep at the wheel. This location is on a convenient route between my home and work and regardless of when I stop by there are issues. The most recent was I ordered on the app pulled into lane five and after 25 minutes went in side the store to ask where my food was and evidently was given to another mobile order user. It then took another 10 minutes to get my food. All the while other app users where coming in to get their orders that were taking for ever.

Hey this location needs more staff at night. I appreciate it being 24 hours on weekends jt waiting 30 mins in line kinda ridiculous.
Totally understand if it’s labor shortage issues but not a big fan of waiting 30 mins for fast food
