Dunkin'

unbelievable. I asked for two English muffins lightly toasted with no egg and why do I get its bark to the max and it has egg on it never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts they are seriously unbelievable and I had to tell them about six times lightly toasted and no egg and they still put egg on it and made a burn.

I come to this Dunkins 4x a week. Clean location (including bathrooms), friendly staff, and fast drive through (when I do use the drive through). Staff never fusses over my random requests and they are always well staffed. Parking spots are large and easy to get in/out of, for those who go inside. Amble seating if you want to drink your coffee there and it never seems crowded when I go. I choose this Dunkins over others (for reference)

The food is good at times but the kids there like to take shortcuts in making the food. Its always something with them. Sometimes I have to think twice about ordering hash browns because of them. Sometimes they are cold hard and super crunchy. Forgetting our food, giving me the wrong drink, having no friendliness. Its very aggravating. 1 star service, another star for the taste of the food (sometimes)

This may be the worst Dunkins I’ve ever gone to. I see people complaining about the kids but the adult in there couldn’t care less about the job either. The last few times I’ve gone they’ve given me something I didn’t ask for and would never ask for. When you politely ask for them to fix it, you get attitude and then when they “fix it” you rudely get handed back a cup covered in sticky syrup/coffee dripping all down the cup. There’s nothing wrong with a customer asking for something they’re paying for to be remade, it’s not a personal attack at the person who made it. You’re just being asked to remake something that was made wrong & I don’t understand why the customer is made to feel like that’s such an inconvenience. As a former Dunkins employee I know how simple it is and their customer service is horrible.
