I had a delicious Torta Cubana but was also tempted by the other dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was awesome!! The music! The decorations! A must visit place.

Florida is a favorite restaurant of my family and friends. My mom was an amazing cook. Florida's food equals my mom's cooking. The Masas (fried pork chunks) are to die for. They are tender, flavorful and served with your choice of black bean soup and white rice, or moros a dry version of the aforementioned, maduros (fried plantains) or Yuca con Mojo (Yucca). My hubby loves the Grilled Chicken Breast, juicy, tender flavorful...delish. Another one of my favorites is the Vaca Frita (flank steak) cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. We drove by Redondo Beach to walk and eat. Everything was scary full (like "ehar COVID-19?"). We drove back to Downey and for some reason I said "Let's try Florida" and it was the best decision!!! Their arroz con pollo and oxtail are simply delicious!!!

Best burger I've had was here. Meat is so fresh! They have a variety of everything, even Kobe beef! Purchased a lot of items here, they kindly packed it accordingly since I was in town from Virginia.

Well up to now its been really good. The sitting is outside is very enjoyable to me. The food is not always perfect but it can really be good at times. And there this particular waitress that is friendly and very attentive to our dining needs.

Excellent place for delicious cuban food. This location is one of my favorites. Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. Prices are decent.

They usually have great Cuban sandwiches here but today got extra blonde hair in both of my kids sandwiches. Maybe I missed it was on special today? 🤷♀️
