I just want to says that one of staff members her name is Shirley is one of the disgusting person ever she thinks by been so shep with the food she will get a start little bit she ones we the customer will give this restaurant a bad review someone must let her know that we customer are paying a good price and we want the same treatment. Stop Ben so disgusting with the food and give us a portion

I paid extra for the steak and got so less in quantity. This is not worth $10 for the amount I have paid. Never going back to this location. If you are charging $10 for the food, provide the quantity for the money we paid. This is ridiculous. This is the first time I ordered here. Other panda express stores are far more better and provide more for the same cost. The food is tasteless as well comparing to other stores.

Got here before 10:10 and it was closed. I was going to buy food for my whole family and my night is ruined. Literally horrible service worst panda. Please manger if they even care why do you let your employees close so early Google says 10:30pm drove all the way to Downey for nothing unbelievable.

So crowded the past 3 times i have visited here. The line usually has at least a minimum of 10 people.
Everyone is served as quickly as possible but it is time consuming, so if you plan on coming by between 3-7 PM, know that you will be waiting for at least 10-15 minutes before your order is prepped.
I personally love the honey walnut shrimp. But I don't understand why they charge you an additional cost and still only give you a limited amount.
You're paying extra so it would be nice to get a decent amount of shrimp.

Friendly and nice employees as usual, tonight they did have this customer and her +1 who kept complaining about servings (which where proportional btw) while asking for the server's to PICK out and add more of walnuts, chili's, spices etc. To add to her serving. The employee was extremely professional while letting the "unsatisfied" customer know those are regular servings, but if she wanted more she can add a side to her order, the customer kept repeating the same question followed by a "this is ridiculous" but the employee kept her cool and insisted if she was dissatisfied she can always add a side to her order.
Awesome response to a couple of customers who wanted more for less while thinking they can get away with it by being rude and calling the establishment things I don't want to post here.
Very nice and customer friendly, employees where still upbeat and friendly although given their nasty experience they experienced.

Pretty good. Although receiving clerk really didn't hear me correctly on my order. But food was good.

Good food! Sadly I seen I received less than the regular food portion they usually serve. Also, no utensils ect was given and now only juice boxes for kids meals.
