Wingstop

I use to frequently visit this establishment. No issues with food or service until about 2 weeks ago. I went on lunch break and had to wait over 45 minutes for a six piece combo. Meanwhile pickup orders and Uber orders where being filled. Then when I went to ask a worker does it really take this long to make a six piece ? I was asked how long does it take then? If you don’t want to have good customer service then why work in fast food? Then the cashier throws my bag of food on the counter and walks off without giving me my cup for my drink. Which I had to reach behind the counter and take. I will never step foot in there again. I’ll drive 10 miles to the next wing stop.

Not a great experience. First time at this location. Located off of Buford Hwy in a strip mall. Went inside and there were customers standing around. I stood in line for a while before I was told to place my order online. Once I placed my order, I waited before going in again. Then I was told that since the chicken was "fresh" it was going to take longer to cook. Another 13 minutes. I went back in to get more dipping sauce, and the staff acted as if it were a problem that I wanted to purchase extra. When I finally got my food home, there were so many feathers and mounds of grated parm I had to pull off. The lemon pepper were ok but the garlic parm had no flavor. All I could taste was the cheese. The Google maps said they closed at 11pm but they're actually open until midnight. The place was clean because no one was allowed to sit at a table. All the staff was in the kitchen. Ordering online was interesting. Not sure if I'll be back.

After being treated like trash at the Brookhaven location, I noticed that this location wasn’t far at all. I decided to come and I am sooo very grateful that I did! There were only two workers, but they were SO kind. Like so, so, so, soooooo kind. I cannot emphasize that enough. So kind from the beginning. They greeted me & were able to give me exactly what I desired (unlike the location in Brookhaven). My wait time was minimal and they called my name with joy to give me my order! I literally left with a smile on my face. They were extremely generous also! I will be back! Thank you both for your professionalism and kindness 💕

Every time i come to this location, there’s ALWAYS something wrong with my food. Two weeks ago I ordered an ahead and when I picked up the food (at the scheduled time), the food was cold and the grease was SITTING at the bottom of the box. I was livid, but I let it go. Today, I ordered my food and picked it up. I ordered two ranches and they gave me blue cheese instead. Plus the wings weren’t seasoned well. For as much as I pay and even adding the EXTRA ranch for additional charge, I am so disappointed with this location. I’d rather travel to a different location at this point or not eat at Wingstop all together
