This may have been my first time at a Bojangles, I'm not sure. I won't say it was bad, it was just kind of eh. The grilled chicken patty was kinda dry and much smaller than the bun. See pic

I dont eat at Bojangles very often, but did I miss The memo where they don't give you full sized regular biscuits with meals anymore?? We got this sad little cheddar bay biscuits with our Supreme meals,see pictures, they weren't very good, I would say a very poor attempt to copy Red Lobster's AMAZING biscuits. Don't fix what ain't broke Bojangles!

This meal was cooked Perfectly. The Best crispy Chicken I've had in a long time. The Mac&Cheese was the best also. I just cannot say enough good things about this Store. The employees are always so kind. I hope whoever is cooking this food stays there. GREAT JOB! GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There were several customers ahead of me in line and no one addressed us. Manager is unprofessional and also did not handle the customers as he should. I feel more bad for the family in front of me, they had a little child with them hungry! So we all had to walk out.

Service was quick. Food was mediocre. Chicken seasoning is too hot. Cole slaw had a weird aftertaste and the mash potatoes and gravy did not taste good.
We tried it when they first opened and did not like it. But we thought we would give it a second chance. Kentucky fried is gourmet compared to this. Sorry we won't be back.

My 1st time eating there. Best fast food chicken I've ever eaten. 😋 I was expecting bland and got a bit of a kick. Absolutely enjoyed it. Clean. Service was a little slow. Other than that great 1st time experience.
