Dunkin'

Coffee is always extremely inconsistent. Some days it’s extremely sweet and has a ton of cream.. other days it looks like mud water. Chicken biscuit was awful. The food always seems like it’s half heated and tastes freezer burnt. The only thing I have absolutely no complaints about is the workers. Everyone is always very kind and the line is quick moving.

Don’t remember buying anything at Dunkin’ before this experience, but craved an early afternoon iced coffee. Good selection - a lot more than I would have expected from a doughnut shop. Nice display of goodies. Friendly, helpful all-male staff. Taste was typical - not excellent (too sweet even though we asked them to tone it down). Bathrooms were in bad shape - dirty, so not being serviced regularly. We can sympathize because inside was practically deserted with only a handful of customers, but their drive-through had a steady line of cars - about ten when we left. Credit cards accepted.

Friendly service? Sure. Food quality and correct order filled? No.. I ordered a raspberry filled donut. Whatever white creamy filling that was used was tasty, but definitely not raspberry. And the cold, hard donut itself, was quite disappointing. My latte was subpar considering the cup was only ¾ full and was cooler than I wanted. Not impressed with this one.

Ordered ahead on app for walking pick up because the drive thru is so slow. Got to the door to find it locked and a note telling walk in pick ups to go through the drive thru. Line was long. Wait was longer. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Service at this location continues to decline since new management took over.
