Subway

When you order the same thing u get every time you go there and they add stuff that has never been on the sandwich. And you say something they just go I think so and then state of into space ignoreing you till they wrap the sandwich witch is wrong because some of the people that work there are just clueless and don’t know there jobs and or want to learn it

I don't know if Subway here is just full arrogance or just don't care. Happens every time we're I order sandwiches. They don't read special instructions. And this time they just put meat and one ingredient I asked for. Plus I order this for a midnight meal so I don't see it till hours after I ordered it....

The subs were good, but the woman who made then unfriendly, the one who put condiments on very nice, the one on register not helpful at all...had restaurant.com app. She had no idea how to use it and asked the one who made the subs, who didn't care enough to figure it out. We finally said forget it! Also, bought 2 12 inch subs, but only needed to add a 6 inch, instead of 12. Would have thought it should've been free, since it was buy 2 footlongs get 1 free. Bad experience!!! And the cheddar broccoli soup was terrible!!! Very disappointed...

ordered my food online. picked it up and got home. my turkey and guacamole had no guacamole on it. i called them and asked about it because a month ago the same thing happened and they had forgotten to put it on so i had to go grab it. which is no big deal mistakes happen. but tonight i get told that oh sorry i thnk we are out of guacamole. You couldn't call and tell me my info is on my account where i ordered it. or at least tell me when i came in and got it? all the girl said was sorry i didnt make your sandwiches but ill tell them next to call you. work on your custromer service!
