Macca's is Macca's. Hubs got a coffee, I took photos of the SOT from across the street because we are tourists and I'm sure its an unwritten legal requirement to fangirl over a boat that takes you on a 10hr ride.

Fast and efficient. All item supplied with a smile. Very clean restaurant, which is not always these days sadly. The franchisee should be very proud of the staff at this location. A great way to start day.

Average service (read below average) food was so so, not up to the usual mainland Maccas service. Come on Maccas, you can do better. We visited straight off the ferry for early breakfast.

My Mum was charged $99.50 for a hot chocolate on Tuesday night ! Told to wait 3 days for refund still no contact , sorry or refund DISGUSTING
Have the bank statement etc will be going to lodge formal complaint

On the 20th of July between 6.12 -6.20 I order a meal and a cone the girl with short brown hair was so rude handed out cookies instead which I did not order she replied , we don’t do cones this time in the moring, I asked Ed for a refunded she rolled her eyes and did not every apologised , then they gave me the wrong frappe I came inside and asked for the right flavour she replied ‘ well he put throw coffee frappe , when she remade it then was no I’m sorry for a the mix up just there , very poor customer service

Terribly slow drive through. Do not go through drive through during "busy" hours, such as morning and afternoons. You'll be stuck waiting in drive through for up to 20 minutes.

I don't usually write reviews for big restaurant chains like maccas but I had a really positive experience with this one. I had been driving pretty much non-stop, only for fuel and they were about to close the diner but took the time for me to keep it open. It was just what I needed and the staff were all super friendly too!
