Visiting from Melbourne, we thought of trying Indian food at Devonport… We ordered Chicken Biriyani and Tandoori Chicken as takeaway for dinner and guess what, it was super scrumptious and was also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone out here in Devonport..

I ordered in advance. The restaurant said I can place order after 05:30 so I did. And we did not prepare anything for dinner. The. the restaurant suddenly cancels my order and mentions it does not take order anymore. If you are not taking order you should let customer know in advance or update it in menulog. If you dont you should at least deliver at least the ones you have recieved before closing the order. I paid and waited and never got it. New to devonport the restaurant is off the list o to eat for future.

We tried kadai paneer and vegetables biryani...they were amazing.....if you like spicy food ask to make them spicy..you will love it.

It’s not a big place, but great North Indian food, family business, we ordered two curry dishes, just the best meat curry we ever tried. $20 for each, big portion for tourists to try, local takeaway would be a better option, recommend one curry dish for two people with one rice. Many rice and naan options. Would definitely visit again!

I was so surprised to find such delicious Indian food in Devonport ! The food was very flavorful and was served quickly. I certainly recommend the cheese & garlic naan, tandoori chicken , and palak paneer so yummy !!!
