This is the dirtiest kfc I have ever seen. The French fries tasted like fish, the macaroni was crunchy. The place you can see through the window had trash falling out the cans. The girl at the window was eating. We are throwing our food out.

Very poor service when confronted about our order being completely wrong. This is after the food was handed to me. I started to check my items in the bag before leaving. At that point an employee came back to the counter saying that the food was wrong and grabbed the bag from my hands. Exchange of items in the kitchen happened and my food returned. I took fast peek through tops of containers and all looked well. I got home and was very wrong. 3 large sides, none correct. More then enough biscuits, not enough chicken. Which is how the order should've been, more chicken then biscuits. I called to inform of the issue and was told if I wanted it fixed to come back there and get correct items or call the 1800 number. This was after 7pm and my children needed fed. Totally unnecessary since I've actually had a credit there before for a few dollars worth of items. I never had to return or call elsewhere.

Now they're claiming staff shortages and closed the taco bell side and KFC is claiming to be out of almost everything. Absolutely garbage establishment. Used to be alright but went so far down hill they might as well close the doors for good instead of treating customers like trash.

This place is going downhill really quick.. I don't see this place lasting under the condition it's operating at now.
Not only was the lobby closed, but they closed the Taco Bell side at 5 PM because of staff shortages.
It is really disappointing how sub par this place is because it's so convenient to where I live, but next time I'm in the mood for chicken I'm making the drive to a popeye's

Horrible customer service. Renee at the window was mean and rude. Kept giving us dirty looks and at one point would barely open the window to give us our food. Will not be returning EVER! She kept staring at me and she was dressed very unprofessional. This woman will give you tons of customers who NEVER return!

Went here and ordered 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 spicy sandwich and they put me in as 1 large and made the sandwich a meal which made the 2nd potatoes a individual ……. I asked about it and said because it’ll cost more they did that…. Idc I wanted a large and offered me a pop to replace it I said no I wanted a large mashed potatoes and told them I’ll take my business elsewhere and they just shut the window and didn’t even care of offer me my “right” size potatoes will never go back to this dumpster place

Chicken tenders were not the regular KFC Tenders. These were 1 inch wide 4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. They were terrible and tough. Drive thru. Didn't t notice till we got home in Pella. Very disappointing

4/21/22 I ordered delivery by door dash. Great service. My order was 2 breast & 1 wing extra crispy. Chicken was fresh and hot. I ordered 6 pc honey bbq wings, not again. Must use a hot pepper spice. Was not honey tasting at all. Ate 2 and my mouth was on fire. The biscuit was the best, it cooled down my mouth.
