The only time they let me down is when they run out of the mix for the frozen coffee.

I'd say we're lucky enough to have a really great Dunkin location, I've never had an order messed up, the staff has always been very friendly with me, very clean establishment, I have absolutely no complaints! Very great place to eat/ have coffee.

This Dunkin' is usually pretty reliable. I always pre-order on the mobile app, though, because lines are often insanely long and slow.
I've had a couple of bad experiences here. One particularly infuriating experience was when they put meat on my meatless sandwich (I'm a vegetarian) and when I sent it back they took the meat off and handed it back to me. Like, are you serious? 🤯

Staff was knowledgeable. What I had ordered had run out so the shift manager, Cat, had suggested another cold coffee...I loved it! Friendly place.
