Good, fast service and clean. Good location, plenty of parking but a little tight. My bagel/cream cheese was fresh & good. The hot chai not so much. But you can't expect much from a powdered mix. I drank it but won't order it again.

Ordering was easy girl who took my order was pleasant, the cashier was a big guy , not very pleasant even though I smiled and said," HI how are you ? " He just glared at me ? I just tried to be pleasant some more but he just shoved my
drink at me, then shoved my order at me and slammed the window. No your welcome nothing? I'm sorry but dude work on your customer service because it stinks... !!

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time and have seen a decline in customer service and management. Customer service Is what makes any business successful. I wanted to say that last week when I was there there was a lady named Cherryl Who was so polite and went out of her way. I was shocked that someone cared so much who worked there. Please hire more people like her!

The casher dosen't understand english.Two days in a row she got my order wrong,over charged both times also very slow.The place is crowed and only 3 people working,all 3 speak limited english at best.The prices are way too high and it ain't all that.😒

I have gone to many DDs and this one was particularly gross. It's true that DD has a hard time keeping up with cleaning the tables, but this one was worse. We could not find a clean table anywhere. And every single chair was rocky. Not a little rocky, a LOT rocky. And how does this place get Kosher certification and sell ham and bacon?????

Avoid this location if you can! Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Atrocious! They have some young guy working there, I believe his name is Edwin, or something to that effect. He has the worst attitude, acts like he hates his job, and goes as slow as he possibly can! He’s plain out rude! This location would be better without an unhappy employee!
