Pizza Hut

Honestly, the pizza was excellent! I highly recommend ordering your pizza well done. It makes a huge difference! I would have given this pizza hut 5 stars because they did such a great job with the pizza, but the dine in experience was not great. They only had paper plates and cups, plastic flatware and just brought out the pizza in boxes. We had to walk up to order and get refills. I understand not many people dine in these days, but don't advertise that your dining room is open if this is all you do.

Dine in was horrible. They sat you but had to come back up to counter to order and pay. They severed the food in the boxes and sat boxes on chair beside table because there was no room. The bread sticks are never cut and they gave us plastic utensils. We had two young children with us. Made it much harder on us than it needed to be. I needed to get up and ask for everything we needed. There was also someone sitting in a booth on a laptop working. Maybe a manger, I tried asking her for something because no one was around and she couldn’t hear me because she had ear buds in. Pizza Hut was my first job in high school. Pizza huts across the board have went down hill. I don’t see them being around in another 5 years at the rate they are going.

Super clean dining room, I can’t wait till it is finally open again! Order was fast and accurate. Our pizzas were hot and tasty within 15 minutes of our order. The app is great, super easy to navigate with a fun retro feel. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. We will definitely order here again!
