Two 3 piece tender meals and the two of the chicken strip were split or cut in half to make both boxes have three pieces because they had only five strips??? I dunno. Cheap move and they forgot the sauce. No wonder every goes to Chil FIL A.
That is the last time I'll be going to this KFC, ever.

I understand the staffing shortage but waited in drive-thru for 45 mins patiently to get ice cold-old food and half of our order we paid for! Ordered a large and small fry got a half filled large box, no small fry, ordered a 4- price strip meal with 2 full size strips and a chunk of 1! The fries we got were half full! No cookies that we paid for! You can tell they just put what they had in the bag! Could have told us they were out of something and we would have ordered something else or went somewhere else! Then won't pick up the phone!

I only get chicken strips or the new crispy sandwich at KFC.. I had to wait for someone to take my order, then they were out of mac n cheese, then when I got to window, a lady was standing outside of her car, talking to a.man inside of KFC!! I waited 5min. until she got her order!!! A lady came & took money, then I got my food!!! Never again will I go there!!!

Was in line for 30 minutes, then when I got to window I was asked to pull forward, was there for 10 more minutes, had to go inside to ask where my 1 meal was?! I ordered one popcorn chicken box with fries, that’s it. Poor service.

This was my first stop in this location. It is very nice inside. The decor and facilities are a little more upscale, and the ordering process was easy and polite. The food was as expected, and the drink island was well stocked and had many options. I recommend this location.

Missing a mashed potato bowl. I ordered a four tender meal and one “tender” was the size of a piece of popcorn chicken. The tenders were cold as well. Another order was completed messed up as they didn’t follow instructions. No sauces were given as placed on the order. This was the second time I have had issues with this location. Most likely will not return.

The food was good and served hot. Clean lobby. Only problem I had was when I asked about a military discount the lady was very rude and said you feel entitled to a discount. I said it isnt about the money it's about the premise. She chuckled. I ate my food and left. I am not planning on visiting here for a very long time.

I went in the late afternoon, so it was a quiet lunch which I enjoyed. I got the chicken tender meal, which was about $9.50, came with 5 tenders, 2 sides, and a drink. Not too expensive in my opinion. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Great location, my food was very fast.
