Kfc

This is the second time in the last 3 months that I've gone to this KFC. The last time, I was informed that they lo longer carried wedges, so I ordered fries instead. I never got them, but I didn't have time to run back up there that night so I didn't bother with it. I ordered another bucket meal this time and was suggested the fries again and again got home and didn't have the fries. I had also asked for butter and honey, but I wasn't very surprised to see they didn't add those either. My chicken, which was supposed to be all extra crispy was also mixed with original and was all very obviously past its shelf life (I can tell from having worked there in the past what the quality should be). I don't eat chicken and the people who do were still willing to eat it, so I didn't bring that back when I went to get the missing fries. When I got there, I was greeted with "I can't take any orders, my machine's down" over the drive thru speaker before I told him I was there for a missing side..

As a Doordash driver, this store is the worst. They never even begin working on the order until you show up to the counter saying your there for Jon Doe's order. Only fastfood place who does that. If delivery drivers are such an inconvenience to y'all, then try putting the doordash orders together as soon as you get them 🤯 Hard to wrap your little $10 an hour brains around, I know, but try it sometime. Some real intelligent managers at KFC ON Valley street. Hell, what should I expect for this part of town. Idiots.
