This is not only the worst KFC, its the worst restaurant in the Dayton area. Employees at this location should actually pay attention to whats being ordered. Maybe turn down the LOUD music inside so you can hear the customer. This location should be closed. 0/5 stars What do you think, owner of this location?

5 mins of waiting before the girl tells me they're "out of everything" but beforehand asked if I had a door dash order. How are you fulfilling DD orders if you're "out" of everything. Your employees don't want to work for you. You should look into this location. I'm not trying to make someone lose their job, but I recognize a bad seed when I see one.

I wish I ain't give it no star. I ordered with door dash. I ordered dark crispy. 2 thighs &;a leg. They gave me a thigh & 2 wing's. It was hard like its been out for hours. I paid for extra biscuit they were hard. I called they manager said u ain't get that from here & hung up on me.. They need to fix their night ppl. I don't like cold chicken or HARD It was original to. That's the bad part & hit was hard. SMH!!!!.

This store should be closed. Always terrible service rude slow and if you try to order somthing they don't want to make they try to make you feel bad about it or tell you you have to wait 30min. I worked in fast food specifically chicken for 5 years. It takes 15 minutes to make a 12 piece. If you decide you don't want to order from the most poor kfc location in ohio they make you wait in the line still instead of like any other place that will move cars to the lot and walk food out for them. Do not choose this location go to literally any other location. I don't know how they are still in business. Rude. Unprofessional. Sarcastic. Just all around terrible store. And I promise you don't want to go inside this disgusting location. Hope I could save some people a little disappointment and maybe management will see this and take some pride in their work. They should when they're asking for 15 an hour.

They still haven't paid me for my last day there. I got with the area coach and gave all info needed and nothing back. The rgm is spiteful and rude and not able to hold that store down. I'm convinced she didn't pay me on purpose by not putting me in the system. Do not work here specifically. I did for 6 years and they dont care about their employees.
