Subway

The husband and I went in to get food for two nights and the new guy was so patient with us both. It was a young man and a girl I didn't recognize from any of our previous visits and they were both very nice. The menu was a lot smaller than I remembered and they explained the company had recently redesigned everything. Even the bread options were shorter. Thankfully they still had the options my husband and I like. He got a meatball sub on hearty wholegrain and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap and I got a tuna salad, salad bowl and one of the new options on the Italian herbs and cheese. The new one was the steak California avocado something or othsr with bacon and even with all the veg I added the young man was able to get it folded and cut without making a mess for me when I got home. We both tried the new Parmesean vinegret and couldn't taste it on the sandwich. It was more like we had gotten the vinegar and oil instead. All in all very satisfied and we were fed for two nights. I always enjoy stopping in this one becauae the staff are always friendly and will chat with you or make suggestions while we look over the menu.
