Horrible service don’t go there at 8 at night because they don’t have nothing ready and the cashier taking the order sounds irrated and like she didn’t want to serve customers and was ready to close and go home. Thank god Dalton has Iittle Tokyo it’s better and cheaper and their always nice no matter if it’s 5 minutes before they close. You guys need to take some pointers because your cashier is rude.

The people working at this Panda Express don't seem to like people and having customers as their customer service was absolutely horrid. Such nasty people working there and I'm supposed to give you my money. No! They do NOT know how to treat people who are disabled nor know how to speak to customers. Completely uncalled for. I will never go to this one again. You people are NOT professional! New manager is also needed as the situation was addressed however she did NOT show or sound like someone who cared about her customers.

I will never purchase food from this location ever again. I understand the concern for covid-19 with drive through only, but this doesn't accommodate for delivery or truck drivers, the staff was very rude not even allow me to place and order and walk over to the drive-thru to pick it up while wearing a mask.

Stood in the line for 10 mins, no big deal except there were 6 people in front of me, no one said a word. Then walked up and and took the order of the person behind me. I called back to speak to the manager at which point I was informed that there was no manager there and a girl who said her name was hailey (I doubt because she ignored me asking more than once) kept saying i was standing there and we assumed you had an online order but no one ever said a word to me. Absolute worst customer service. Make sure you have a manager on shift to deal with mistakes instead of someone who wouldn’t even speak back unless I said hello 3 times.
