Applebee's

Our waitress Charity was very friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks were continually filled and checked to make sure everything was good including giving extra napkins. The restaurant was clean. We noticed a card on the table regarding a veterans fundraiser, it is really nice to see that Applebee’s supports our veterans. Mozzarella cheese stick appetizer - good Oriental chicken salad - delicious Will be back Update 11/11/2020 Jennifer N was our waitress and she was friendly and attentive. Leigh B the manager came over a couple times to check to make sure everything was great. Our food was hot and fresh.

We were in town during my daughter’s birthday and she decided she wanted Applebee’s. When we arrived they informed us they were short staffed and wouldn’t seat us even though seats were available, the wait would be 45-60 minutes. After waiting for about 35 minutes we checked the status they said 30 more minutes. We came back in with about 5 minutes to spare where the host proceeded to yell at me and tell me it would definitely be another hour because one of their waiters got arrested and would not be in so we will not be seated any time soon. We waited over an hour just to be screamed at and told we couldn’t be seated. This place has unprofessional staff that releases personal information about other staff and does not perform well under pressure. I wish I could give zero stars.

This Applebee's was excellent! Said we had a 30 minute wait...got us in at our table in 10minutes. Food was well priced and delicious! Our server was very attractive and checked out table at least every 7 to 10 minutes. Our drinks were kept full... napkins plentiful...and sauces aplenty! Great eating experience!😎
