Dunkin'

This is my first time at this Dunkin location but I usually get a Mocha Frozen Coffee and it always tastes good. I don’t know if the girl is new but she did not add mocha to the coffee. I went in to ask for a refund because it tasted terrible but she said they can’t do refunds because the manager isn’t there so she remade my drink. It still tasted bad because there’s a whole bunch of syrup at the bottom. The picture on the left is what the drink is supposed to look like and the picture on the right is what I got. I don’t know what is going on at this location but the workers don’t know what mocha is.

Terrible service. Rude people. Absolutely water for coffee. I went and ordered a medium caramel and mocha coffee with no ice. They then gave me brown water with 1 pump of syrup, no cream, and no sweetness. I then asked for it to be sweetened a little more and after they contemplated doing it and rolling their eyes they decided to take it back to the back and bring it back the exact same way. I then asked for a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me 32 cents for it. I have been going here for 3 years and this is the worst experience I've had yet. So if you wake up in the morning and say to yourself, I would like one of the nastiest coffees I will ever drink today, go to this Dunkin. I don't know if it was just today or just this drink, but it was terrible. Have a great day!

I went to this Dunkin location this morning for the first time. I eat Dunkin every day and I’ve never had a problem until today. When I walked in I was not greeted and when I finally did get service I was told that I needed to order at a self ordering kiosk. The kiosk was extremely dirty the screen had fingerprints all over it when I told the employee that I did not feel comfortable touching this machine I was told that other customers do it with no problem and that I should not complain. I was told this by a young Indian man who is very combative. I let him know that he had horrible customer service and I will not be returning to this location. This is not the way that you treat your customers. I was told that if I come back I would need to clean the kiosk myself if I had a problem with how dirty it was. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and I refuse to touch a dirty machine just because your workers refuse to take my order on the register that is sitting right there open and free .

Went back a second time thinking first visit was a fluke. Ordered lattes with milk and Splenda, got BLACK REGULAR COFFEE, NO MILK WITH 1 SPLENDA FOR LARGE SIZE. At least only charged for coffes. Two visits, two botched orders! Two strikes I am done.... Also, not busy. I was the second of only TWO CARS there.

I am not one to give bad reviews, but lately the employees at this branch have showed no interest in their job. This branch is located near our house and we like to stop by since it’s so close, but they have been pretty much messing up almost every order at this point. I beg the management team to motivate their employees. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese.. I mean.. where’s the cream cheese ? And the bagel was hard and not even freshly toasted 😒
