Odd that there is so many negative reviews. My experience the past three/four times have been great! Best Krystal’s around! The management and workers are fast and the food was fresh on every occasion. It was also clean, which is highly unusual for Krystal’s. Thank you! I recommend going for a quick bite.

My family drove through last Friday evening and I have to say the fella that was working the drive through had the best personality. Funny too! This means a lot in today’s fast passed times. The food is incredible for a drive thru. Nothing typical about it. served Hot as it was freshly made. The only negative is that I didn’t get his name and if it were on the receipt my hubs threw it away. Nicely done Krystal!!!!!

Only One other car in drive thru. I waited nearly 25 minutes for my order then after I paid the young lady told me it was going to be an additional 10 minutes for the burgers to cook and asked if I wanted a refund. By this point I’ve already committed myself to being here. I don’t understand how it can take 30+ minutes to order fast food and the restaurant is completely empty? What are your employees doing in there????? Clearly should of went to chic fil a.

Please update your hours of operations listed online. Was told at 1050p on a Sunday night that you close at 11p instead of "11:59p". I was asked to wait 10 min for my food since the grill had to turned back on. I'm a die hard fan so i waited. Overall the burgers were good, fries a little stale and the attendant was friendly and professional. I just think you guys need to post the correct hours in case someone decides to go out of their way for you expecting you to be open.

Went in last night around 9:30. I was the only one inside. Order was taken and I sit and wait. Well apparently the 24 Krystal grub hub order after mine was more important. They had their 24 Krystals with 5 minutes meanwhile I've been waiting over 10 minutes still without my food. So when the manager asks if I got my food, I was nice and told him no. So he apologized and got me my food finally after another 5 min or so. Not only did I wait 15 plus minutes for my food but I was given cold Krystals. I wasn't happy. So my gf got up and asked for some fresh burgers. No refund was offered anything else but an apology. Pretty sorry customer service if you ask me. Will not be back.

I ordered thru the drivethru. There was nobody in front of me. I ordered, and they asked me to pull up and wait . Ok. I waited. And waited. And waited. They forgot me. 5 cars came after me and they were served immediately. And left. I came back around in the drive thru to thier window. The same person who took my money asked what I needed. I said I would like my food that the establishment has had me waiting for a long time. The Manager on duty did NOT come and apologize for thier mistake. So they started to make my order. I would of asked for my money back and left, except this is what the majority of the family wanted so I stayed for them. I eventually got my order 15 minutes later....ugh then the 🍟 where ice cold and the nuggets and chicken was so hard it wasn't even edible. Never again.

I had not been to this location in quite some time due to prior bad experiences. My visit today assured me that I should not return. The dining room was locked up at 9:30 and there were no cars in the drive-thru. I could barely hear the person taking my order. It turned out that he didn’t take my order correctly, and he didn’t offer to change it at the window so I could get what I wanted and pay the higher amount. Also, this was my first time trying a Krystal and I’ll never have another. On all three of them, the bottom bun was a soggy, cold mess inside. I scraped off a layer of soggy, wetness from all of the bottom buns and from the patties. Is that normal?!?! Surely it took some time to get like that — the soggy part of the bun was a thick as the patty.
