Burger King

I have been to this location numerous times. Always exceptional customer service. However, this particular time my fish was terrible. Must be a new person handling. Fish taste like it was reheated in a microwave too long. No time to go back and get another sandwich. Just tossed it away and chopped it up as a loss.

I have been to Burger King Dacula (Hamilton Mill) countless times and I have to say, they are consistently friendly and accurate each and every single time. I have never once had any issues whatsoever and I have somewhat of a picky family, so our orders can be rather complicated at times. That said, many kudos and thanks to this most fabulous Burger King team!

I was craving a whopper and unfortunately it was cold. Hmm. I dont really want a whopper anymore. It was nostalgic for me, and I really just wanted a whopper, but they’re not good cold. The fries were hot, but I’m also not a fan of Burger King fries. The mozzarella sticks were hot, but the sauce is packaged, I’m not sure what I was thinking here. Maybe next time I’ll say a fresh whooper.

Gave a coupon to cashier for 8.99 2 whoppers, 2 large fries, 2 large drinks. Plus 2 rodeo burgers and 1 lg onion ring. Total was 15.00 down from 24.00. Wow. Cashier put in code and everything ok then manager lady comes over and is so confused and then confuses the young man and then ask me if that was 2 large cokes. I said coke zeros. She punched something into register, mind you I have already paid. Then looks in the bag and hands it out to us. We get home and we were shorted 1 rodeo burger 1.69 and the drinks were missing. Really!!! But I should have checked the bag better. No big deal. When eating burger it had hard French fries on it and 2 tiny onion rings no sauce. It comes with bbq sauce 4 onions rings on top and onion. Wow.. then 1 whopper had a gallon of mayo in the middle oozing out the sides the other one had no mayo and no lettuce. Whats going on??? I really think that manager confused herself and the young man plus whoever put the burger together. How very disappointing this visit was.
