Ruby Tuesday

Sticky carpeted floors, leaking ceiling (and it wasn't even raining) causing ceiling tiles to fall, unhappy servers, daily drink specials that were apparently not specials after we received the bill, trash on floor and tables near us that were not cleaned off from patrons that must have been there and left before we had even arrived and were never cleared off the entire time we were there. I'm not really sure if the board of health should close this place or Ruby Tuesday corporate office should, because it's an embarrassment and I'm sure this place is not what they'd like to have as a representative of their franchise. The salad bar wasn't bad and was fresh, but should have had crackers and perhaps tortilla chips since they do offer salsa at the salad bar.

The salad bar is GREAT, we LOVE it. I got a fish and shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes, and broccoli. My babes got I chicken, I think it was something like bourbon chicken. His chicken was pretty dry and he couldn't finish it. My shrimp wasn't bad, but the fish was horrible it literally had no flavor. I also had a Legendary Long Island Tea and it was pretty good.

I have been here many times over the last decade and the service has went downhill fast. The 2 visits the waiter seemed to be 'out there' example Saturday the waiter had my cc and making the payment and asked me how I would be paying today. Then today 3/28 it took a 1hour and 10min for a chicken sandwich which had to go back because she didn't put the right order in. Then my drink I asked for no ice....nope filled to the top with ice. Maybe they should reevaluate who you have dealing with customers because this is NOT it. Food was good that's the only reason there are stars

Sat at the bar and enjoyed our meals and salad bar, which was stocked well as always. Service was good but most times when we sit at the bar we get great service. The place was busy but not so busy the service should have suffered. Probably just an off night. We will be back again soon to see how things go.

Oh, man. It's hard to pull off Tater Tots at a sit-down restaurant, but Ruby Tuesday nailed it. And the ambience? Dude. They played all the hits from the 90's. I swear it was like we were whisked back in time to the same Ruby Tuesday I remembered being the first place I wanted to eat when I got out of jail. It was sublime. Quiet acclimation into the real world. Just me and my gal. Dimly lit with the whole place to ourselves. I know more than once we talked about getting married there. Write our own vows then offer an endless garden bar replete with various dressings and vegetables from the Orient. Ruby Tuesday is now what it has always been. It's the restaurant with the good pumpernickel croutons on the salad bar. I think that's what I had. They would probably make more money just throwing their hat into the pre-packaged crouton game. Play to their strengths. It was amazing. Would go back. Parking was more than ample. For some reason, the ladies' room was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the men's room. Idk if it's because they've had problems in the past, but if it is, they fixed it.
