They turned off their mobile ordering and have half of their stalls closed but it still take 30 minutes to get your food. I asked why mobile ordering was off and the stalls were mostly closed and was informed that they were short staffed, however, they had at least 6 employees which is pretty standard for sonic. I suppose let's give it up for bad management. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different location than wait 30 minutes for them to just get my food wrong.

Usually ive had good service but today we arrived hit the button and someone came on after about a 10 minute wait to tell us theyre behind an additional 20 minutes. So overall a 30-40 minute experience for fast food. Considering everything on the menu can be made in 5 minutes we just figured the incompetence wouldnt be worth the wait. Like a 80 percent chance I'll never be back.

Waited 15 mins for someone to our take order
No answer
We thought maybe the speaker is broken moved to a different lane push the button again waited 21 mins no answer.
We left . Yes they were busy but they could of least let us know , that they would be with as soon as they could .

Atleast half of the drive up's were out of order. The guy who took mine and my daughters order was extremely rude, then the girl who brought out our milkshakes acted like we were an inconvenience for being there. All we order was 2 milkshakes.

The owner of this location cancelled in-app purchases because he don't believe the customers should be allowed discount deals. He also cut back Staffing and blocked off half of vehicle stalls so the remaining servers could cover all the customers. They try to say it's because they are short staffed but if you call they say they're taking applications but not hiring.

Was very concerned when I saw how busy they were. Was greatly surprised when our food and drinks arrived quickly and was all prepared exactly as ordered. Our carhop was extremely friendly and made sure we were all good before she left. Very impressed cause they were slammed and I only saw two carhops! They were both walking out with food quickly and with a smile on their face! Will definitely return and would recommend!

Foods good but things they offer at the store ,the app want let you order

It would be a good place to open up a restaurant. Waited for over 20 minutes to place an order. The car next to us pulled up and placed a order before us. I got out and asked if there was something wrong with the speaker. And was ignored.
