Fast friendly service...considering. Building was very hot. I felt for employees in back kitchen. One lady said she knows from Sunday they have been without air conditioning. I visited on Thurs evening. Wow... 6-7-18 I will be forwarding this info to corporate..to be resolved in timely manner.

I love Krystal they have small get deals all the time.. and happy hour for 2 to 5 eveyday.. the food is always hot. Plus they employees are always super nice and sweet. I go there almost everyday. They also started selling soft serve ice cream and it's the best. I highly recommend you try it out. Love it😘😘

It was hot. The air conditioning has been out for awhile and owners dont intend to fix because they are moving to another building in 3 MONTHS! Staff was great but food wasn't. Just disappointed. This was once my favorite chain of fast food and it seems like all of them don't have the same quality anymore.

Great food! Me and my family eat here often but I just wish they would clean the high chairs every time I come they are always dirty and have to wipe down for my son. And what's up with the crickets all over the windows and doors? Crickets freak me out and sometimes they are on the doors and it makes me not want to go in.

Waited 3 or 4 minutes in drive thru before they took my order, 2 k rystals with cheese no mustard. The young lady that took the order repeated 3 times to the kitchen no mustard, they were too busy playing with phone to listen so needless to say after 10 minutes when I got my order they had mustard on them. Second time for bad rude service here will not be back!

I would often eat breakfast there. Bad location. Poor management. Only people I seen in there was the same customers each time,at table drinking coffee in the mornings, During the winter they had small heaters in eating area to stay warm.I understand why it closed. I miss the senior citizens breakfasts.

We just ordered 12 cheese Krystal's and an order of fries. They asked us to pull up and we waited over 15 minutes. They bought us the order and NONE of them had cheese on them. I took the food inside and got my money back. There was another lady inside waiting on her food and she said they had managed to get her order wrong 3 times tonight. This place is a joke.

Only complaint is you can't hear the drive thru speaker. It's not loud enough. Other than that, great service, and it's probably the best Krystals I have ate at here recently.
