They are getting better.
The Taco Bell in Hanceville is so much better. They do better with the food and always nice people working there.

Today I decided to get Taco Bell but my first choice was Southern BBQ but remembered they were closed (or used to be) on Mondays.
Got to order area in drive thru someone mumbled something but I couldn't understand so had to ask whoever it was to repeat themselves and get closer to the microphone. I placed my order but the order taker for some reason couldn't understand that I wanted 6 soft tacos and 6 crunchy tacos without lettuce. I think it was a male and he kept asking me about the soft tacos so I told him 6 regular soft tacos without lettuce and 6 crunchy tacos without lettuce and to please add mild sauce to the bag.
What I got was 6 crunchy tacos no lettuce and 6 soft tacos with sauce and sour cream on them and no mild sauce. I wondered why the total was over $23! I was charged for Supreme Soft Tacos!!! YUCK..I HATE SOUR CREAM!!!
Taco Bell owes me a refund!!!

The managers are understanding but I got my food remade because it had sour cream and this is what I got back

My burrito was cold on the inside. Not sure what was going on but I was on lunch and didn't have time to go back. Lunch time food should always be fresh and hot.

The best chalupa I’ve had hands down. I debated on even stopping, but I’m glad I did. Taste buds did the happy dance. Thank you Taco Bell.

This is a great Taco Bell.My only complaint is that their drive-thru soda dispenser is always flat. Otherwise the staff is friendly and my orders are always correct. Great job

This Taco Bell says they are open until 3 am. However, it's 2:15 am and we are told that (1) we must pay in EXACT change. Weird but ok. (2) rTheir grills are off so everything we ordered we couldn't get. Why stay open late if you're not going to serve customers?
