Arby's

Arby's needs to stick with roast beef. Only thing they can do. Who ever is new product tester needs fired. Got my first and last hamburger there just now. The meat taste like it was precooked and kept warm in hot water. Not sure what that watery mayonnaise stuff is. It was oozing out. The green slice of core tomato was pretty rough. If someone cannot make a hamburger fit to eat they need another line of business. I'm speaking for the top down. Not the people who hate their job at the restaurant. The hamburger picture on the ads is not what you will get. It's propaganda just like in Russia.

This location was en route to our out of town work site. The front cashier was really sweet and friendly but maybe perhaps a new hire. I requested a bun with no sesame seeds and normally get a bun .. but somehow ended up with Texas toast size wheat bread. I'm not sure why or how this happened 🤔... but otherwise the order was fresh and tasty. The sweet tea got high marks from my BF and that's no small feet . So cheers !

Went through the drive through tonight. The guy was super nice & I got my food rather quickly, but the entire time he was standing at the computer taking other’s orders, he was chewing on his nails & then touched my food to put it in my bag. Gotta say I’m disappointed. Usually this Arby’s is on point

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Arby's. When I get to the drive-thru window the guy doesn't even greet me Just asked for my payment then when he brings me the food hands me the bag doesn't say hold on a moment or thank you for even being here He just turns and starts taking someone else's order so I pull out and realize he only gave me half of the food so I pulled in front of the building and park, call and the lady that answers the phone tells me they are too busy and she can't bring me the food out to my car she needs me to get back in line where there's at least 10 cars lined up in the drive-thru. As I pull around I noticed that even though the dining room is closed there are three or four people hanging on the front counter who don't work there not wearing masks and at least two of the employees are not wearing their masks properly literally one of the most horrendous experiences I have ever had at an Arby's anywhere in the country
