A&w Restaurant

The Poppa Burger was good, however I had to Assemble it into a Burger pattern! When I opened the Bag, and then the Sleeve, the Burger parts were sitting scattered around the food envelope, I ordered a extra piece of cheese and it was stuck to the envelope, and the patties looked like they were tossed into the general area! The Burger was produced quickly, and I appreciated that, but the Burger should have been assembled, and ready to eat! The Burger, and a small Root beer cost just shy of $15, and it had to be sorted, and assembled by me! By the time I got it to the point I could eat it, it was mostly cold! So I'm not impressed!

Well based on some of the other food complaints here see that this Creston A&W has food issues. First visit to this place and ordered an Egger & Cheese combo meal on english muffin for hubby. Have been to exceptional A&W’s where these are made perfect. This egger was horrible. The english muffin was not toasted and the bun was old/hard. When hubby opened it looked like it had been sitting around for a while and needed to be chucked, despite this was morning breakfast. The coffee was good. The staff are very cold and overall would be hard pressed to go back here. Also found the prices much higher than other A&W’s in BC as was noted in other reviews. Definitely not your typical A&W experience. Disappointing overall. And by the multiple negative reviews on here appears the mgmt isn’t concerned.
