Waited 42 minutes for a spicy Italian wrap, prioritising deliveroo orders over people in the shop, sandwich makers not changing gloves when changing tasks, ended up throwing wrap away will not be going back! Environmental health will be visiting this store, for there failure of basic food hygiene!

The staff on here are excellent and friendly. They took a while to get my order ready and there was a lot of customers to deal with. As a thank you they gave me 3 free cookies. Will always use this branch.

Come in Friday 18/12/25 when it was raining to order couple of sandwiches for me and my family, asked for a napkin just to wipe my phone first and the guy was rude. Only for customers, well im a customer not here for charity, had to leave and go get my food from subway in horley as my wife loves subway
