Lovely staff here, always have some friendly conversation, normally pretty busy, which creates a nice atmosphere, avoid the morning rush 👌🏽

Manager Mark is a top, top manager. Very professional and knowledgeable! He has always assisted and supported me with the app. He works really well and stays calm under pressure, despite the long queues. I always enjoy seeing him and he is the main reason I return to nero in crawley.

Great tasting, strong coffee and interesting limited edition flavours. The pastries/cakes are delicious too and they have a nice variety. Service is good and standard.
However I did not want to bring the rating down for this but they really need some new furniture, the ones at the back of the shop are very uncomfortable and worn out.
All in all still my favourite coffe shop in town, a bit pricier than the rest but you get what you pay for. 👍

Having good staff makes all the difference... welcoming, take your order with a smile, get the coffee quickly. The salted caramel brownie was excellent. And only 257 calories! Update: service remains excellent! Further update: coffee excellent, carrot cake quite dry today.

Lovely atmosphere with great coffee. The staff there also sometimes bring your coffee and food to you! Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely Caffe Nero, warm, cosy. Comfy lounge seats by the window. A very relaxing place, located right in the middle of Crawley.
