I found a fingernail in my iced coffee. Went back and requested to see the manager on duty. Was told no shift manager was there. Was at 1:30ish on a Monday.Left my name and number and was told I would receive a call. Fast forward to Saturday still no call. Only wanted it to be brought to their attention.

I go to Dunkin’ all the time and there is a baseline of quality. Today I ordered two coffees, one with cream and one with oat milk and both were undrinkable. It was like drinking an ashtray. Clearly brewed incorrectly. This location gives the Dunkin’ franchise a bad name.

The best and fastest service I have ever received at any Dunkin Donuts in the state of Rhode Island. Coffee was excellent made to perfection and the service was even better!

Like the convenience
Although lately I been trying to order a frozen coffee caramel swirl and when I get it its super bitter idk if they put a caramel shot? Or what. But I'm not one to complain often its just at the price and inconsistency I can't see myself continuing to order from here

They did not make the order correctly 1st time. I brought to their attention. It was supposed to be a medium hot latte, they served me a regular coffee. They said they'd correct it. They presented me with a latte. I got in my car and on the road and when I went to drink it, half of the cup was aerated foam.

Had a bagel with cream cheese it was good. But when I asked the guy who was making it if he put cream cheese on both sides of the Bagel he sorta had an attitude then why I left he gave me a dirty look. Besides that food is good and other employees are friendly.
